Know, learn and be a little more by Friday.
Do something. Not because you're told to, or because it's in your job description, but because it's the right thing to do. By your boss, by you and by your customers.
Some people might not be happy (the budget, the weather, 'management approval,' the policies and procedures, you know what I mean!). But some people are almost never happy.
